If you don’t exercise every day, you can run into health problems galore. Exercising every day is a good insurance policy against developing degenerative diseases in old age. It is a fact of our modern lifestyle that sedentary diseases and behavior are causing the downfall of civilization. People are trapped inside at the office or in their homes, and they can never get out for a long bit of exercise. This exercise should be done out in the sunlight to oxygenate every cell in the body. Sitting in a dirty room all day with dust, allergens, and dirt inside the house can create stagnation on top of being and feeling sedentary. If there is a sole focus on indoor activities, exercise cannot be done on a regular basis. Without exercise, people will be without an option when they get old and can’t move around.
